Baking goes hand in glove with beer brewing. It's thought beer brewing came first followed by bread baking. In todays modern kitchens there's no limit to what we can create and bake.

Baking beer bread

It's wonderful to bake tasty bread using the leftovers from a brew. We use spent grain, wort and even yeast slurry to make wholesome loafs of bread. It's fun, economical, contributes to reducing food waste and leaves a little more over in our beer brewing account too!
