I wonder what's the best environmentally friendly, natural products for cleaning beer lines and equipment?

Thanks.

Hi Albert,

Try using 2 parts baking soda and 1 part citric acid. You can also mix in a little fine grain salt if you wish. It makes an excellent cleaner for beer lines, beer glasses and much more. Rinse well in warm water and then cold water to match your beer temperature.
